Cahill partner and chair of M&A and Corporate Advisory Helene Banks spoke on the ESG panel at Corporate Counsel Business Journal’s (CCBJ) 4th annual Women in Business & Law Conference on Monday, November 7. Helene was joined by Yasmin Zarabi, General Counsel, Head of People and ESG at Parsable; Stacey Babson Kaplan, Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Terex Corporation; and Kristi Davidson, Associate General Counsel, Director of Corporate Responsibility at Movado Group Inc. The panel discussed strategies for overcoming the challenges companies face in managing ESG related disclosures, governance and risks and opportunities.
