Cahill represented Hecate Energy in connection with Cereza Energy Center, LLC’s (a subsidiary of Savion Energy, a Shell plc portfolio company) purchase of the assets of Hecate Energy Cereza LLC (a Hecate Energy SPV which owns a solar photovoltaic power project and a battery energy storage system project, under development in Washington with a capacity of up to 2,000 megawatts).

The asset purchase agreement between Hecate Energy and Cereza Energy Center, LLC closed on February 17, 2026.
