Cahill represented a private debt fund in connection with a first lien term loan facility, first lien revolving loan commitments, delayed draw term loan commitments, and related equity co-investment.

Proceeds of the financing were used to fund the acquisition of a provider of commercial landscape design, installation, maintenance, irrigation, and construction services.
