Dan Amato and Sneha Jha, partners in Cahill’s Private Credit Group, provided commentary on how looser documentation terms “will continue to grow as the market continues to be competitive." Sneha noted the “significant” rise in cov-lite deals, as well as presence of bullet repayments (with no amortization). Dan added, "We'll see a continued deterioration of terms from a lender perspective," pointing to definitively looser documentation ahead.
