Cahill Represents Administrative Agent in D.R. Horton’s $3.29 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers as administrative agent in connection with an amendment to the revolving credit facility for D.R. Horton, Inc. to increase the commitments thereunder to $3.29 billion and to extend the maturity.

D.R. Horton is the largest homebuilding company in the United States as measured by number of homes closed.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
