Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with the amendment and restatement of a $900,000,000 Term B credit facility and the amendment and restatement of a CAN$575,000,000 revolving credit facility for BRP US Inc. and Bombardier Recreational Products Inc., a world leader in the design, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of motorized recreational vehicles and power sports engines. The amendment and restatement increased aggregate commitments, extended the maturity and made certain other modifications to the revolving credit facility.
