Cahill's Partners and Practices Recommended by The Legal 500

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP has been recommended as a leading law firm by The Legal 500 US 2012 in the following categories: Finance: Bank Lending; Finance: Capital Markets--Debt, High Yield Debt and Equity offerings; Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts; Securities Litigation; White-collar criminal defense; Insurance and Telecoms; and Broadcast: Regulatory. Within the bank lending category, The Legal 500 quoted clients commenting that Cahill is “extremely high quality; the tremendously responsive team includes some of the hardest-working lawyers in the business.” Explaining Cahill’s first-tier ranking in high yield debt, the guide states that Cahill “is widely perceived to be the most dominant player in advising managers on high-yield debt offerings... and ‘produces attorneys with the best foundations’ for advising on the most complex high-yield debt work.” The firm’s London-based high yield debt practice is also recognized as a “clear market leader” by The Legal 500 UK.
