Sesi Garimella and John MacGregor Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 National 40 and Under List

Cahill partners Sesi Garimella and John MacGregor have been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 and Under US 2026 list.

Sesi focuses her practice on antitrust, commercial, and securities litigation, as well as digital assets. She represents major global financial institutions in high-stakes class actions, FINRA arbitrations, and complex cross-border securities matters, and her work has set industry-wide precedents regarding custodial and fiduciary duties. Sesi currently serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.

John advises global financial institutions, media companies, insurers, technology startups, and their executives and directors in complex securities, commercial, and antitrust matters in federal and state courts. He also counsels clients in criminal and regulatory proceedings before the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, and various state and international regulators, and regularly leads internal investigations into regulatory compliance, accounting issues, and potential financial misconduct. John currently co-chairs the firm's Paralegal Coordination Committee and Professional Development Committee.
