Cherie Kiser Joins Panel Discussion at American University

On Tuesday, April 16th, Cherie Kiser served as a panelist at the American University Washington College of Law symposium, Lessons from Broadcast Regulation for the Twenty-first Century. The panel discussion was entitled “Nothing But ’Net: The Uncertain Future of Internet Regulation in the Digital Age”. Cherie was joined by Christopher S. Yoo of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Frank Pasquale of Seton Hall University School of Law, and Ellen Goodman of Rutgers School of Law.
