On Wednesday, April 6th, Brock Bosson moderated a New York City Bar Association discussion entitled “Law in the War Room: A Discussion with Brigadier General (Ret.) Rich Gross.” In this program, which is sponsored by the NYCBA’s Task Force on National Security and the Rule of Law, Brigadier General Gross shared his experiences and insights about the role of law in the war room and how the contribution of lawyers at the strategic level of military operations has evolved to become increasingly multidimensional.
