Cahill to Speak at ACI’s 21st Annual Paragraph IV Conference

Cahill partners Colleen Tracy James and Andrew J. Cochran will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 21st Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference.
Colleen will speak on the panel, “Charting the Evolving Boundaries of the Safe Harbor 35 USC § 271 in View of Recent Case Law,” which will discuss the scope of protections offered by safe harbor following the Federal Circuit’s ruling on Edwards Lifesciences Corp v. Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., and examine the current situation of safe harbors defenses.
Andy will present on the panel, “Brand Pharma Roundtable and Breakout,” which will discuss the continuous evolution of the pharmaceutical industry and the challenges facing brand and generic companies.
