Cahill represented Deutsche Bank and various other lenders in connection with various Credit Facilities to finance the acquisition of The Topps Company, Inc. Such Credit Facilities consisted of a $102,000,000 Term Loan Facility, a $25,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility and a $40,000,000 Senior Subordinated Loan Facility.
