Cahill represented Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as Dealer Manager, Solicitation Agent, Trustee and Administrative Agent in connection with a tender for cash by Bite Finance International (Cayman) Ltd. for any and all of the Euro 110 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Subordinated Floating Rate Notes due 2017 issued by its affiliate Bite Finance International BV and the associated consent solicitation. The tender closed with over 90% acceptances.
