Cahill Represents Dealer Managers in SLM Corporation's Cash Tender Offer

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as Dealer Managers in connection with a cash tender offer by SLM Corporation, which resulted in the tender and acceptance for purchase of $1,240,329,000 aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due 2010 and 4.50% notes due 2010 pursuant to a modified "Dutch Auction".
