MetroPCS Wireless Completes $1 Billion Public Offering

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities as sole book-running manager in the public offering of $1,000,000,000 6 5/8% Senior Notes due 2020 by MetroPCS Wireless, Inc. The net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem all of the $950.0 million outstanding principal amount of MetroPCS Wireless's existing 9 1/4% Senior Notes and for general corporate purposes.
