Avaya Completes Amended and Restated Credit Facility

Cahill represented Citi, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley, as arrangers in connection with an amendment and restatement of the Avaya cash flow credit facilities. The restatement extended the maturity of some of the term loans under the facility and in connection with the amendment Avaya prepaid other term loans with the proceeds of a secured notes offering.
