Cahill Obtains Confirmation of CB Holding Corp. (Charlie Brown's Restaurants) Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization

Cahill represented restaurant company CB Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries ("Charlie Brown's") in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and on February 27, 2012, Cahill successfully obtained confirmation of their plan of reorganization, which memorializes and effectuates a global settlement reached among Charlie Brown's, their secured lenders, and the official committee of unsecured creditors. During their bankruptcy cases, Cahill also advised Charlie Brown's in post-petition DIP financing and the sales of Charlie Brown's Steakhouse, Bugaboo Creek Steak House, and The Office Beer Bar & Grill, as well as other assets. Prior to their bankruptcy filings, Cahill represented Charlie Brown's in their restructuring efforts and other matters.
