Cahill Represents Bank Lead Arrangers in Capsugel Refinancing

Cahill represented UBS and the other lead arrangers in connection with Capsugel’s new $875 million term loan incurred to refinance an outstanding comparably sized term loan that had higher pricing. Capsugel simultaneously repriced its $150 million revolving credit facility. Capsugel is a portfolio company of KKR.
