Omnicare Completes Amended & Restated Credit Facility

Cahill represented SunTrust Bank as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $725,000,000 amended and restated credit facility, comprised of a $425,000,000 Term A Loan and a $300,000,000 Revolving credit facility for Omnicare, Inc. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
