Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as sole book-running manager in connection with the public offering of 8,000,000 shares of Common Stock of Burlington Stores, Inc. (NYSE: BURL), resulting in gross proceeds of $304,800,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
