Cahill Represents Integro in Acquisition by Odyssey Investment Partners

Cahill represented Integro Ltd., an international insurance brokerage and risk management firm, in connection with its acquisition by entities affiliated with Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, a leading private equity investment firm. In 2005, Cahill advised Integro with its formation and capital raise of over $300 million, and has advised Integro generally, including with respect to numerous acquisitions.
