Cahill Represents Financing Sources in $550 Million Term Loan for PolyOne Corporation and the Dealer Manager in a Concurrent Tender Offer

Cahill represented Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as lead arranger, and the other arrangers in connection with a $550,000,000 Term B Loan for PolyOne Corporation, a leading global provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance certain outstanding debt securities.
Cahill also represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as dealer manager in connection with PolyOne Corporation’s successful tender offer for its 7.375% Senior Notes due 2020, of which approximately $295.3 million aggregate principal amount, or 93.3%, were validly tendered and not withdrawn prior to the early tender deadline.
