Cahill Represents Lead Arranger on Approximately $1.5 Billion Refinancing Transaction for The Weather Channel

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank as lead arranger in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement for The Weather Channel, one of the most widely-distributed and leading brands of weather-related information, and a portfolio company of Bain, Blackstone and NBC Universal. The Weather Channel operates across the web, television and radio to dispense real time weather information. The amended credit agreement effectively created approximately $1.5 billion of new term loans and revolving commitments.
