Cahill Represents JPMorgan in Incremental Term Loan Facility for Dynacast International

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities as lead arranger in connection with a new $45,000,000 Incremental Term B loan for Dynacast International LLC, a global leader in die casting and metal injection molding technologies. Proceeds from the loan were used for general corporate purposes and for working capital.
