Cahill Represents Wells Fargo in $275.3 Million Common Stock Offering by PBF Energy

Cahill represented Wells Fargo Securities as sole book-running manager in connection with a public offering by PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE: PBF), resulting in gross proceeds of $275,300,000. The offering made available 10,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock.  Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
