Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Aramark

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger, and the other arrangers in connection with a $650,000,000 Term A loan, a $1,750,000,000 Term B loan, a ¥11,107,000,000 Term C loan, a CAN$133,400,000 Term A loan, and a $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for Aramark Services, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries.
