Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as arrangers and Bank of America, N.A. as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $475,000,000 Term Loan B credit facility for Dayco Products, LLC. Dayco Products, LLC is a parts supplier for construction, automotive, and industrial companies. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing indebtedness.
