Cahill Represents Deal Managers in Exchange Offer for Talen Energy Supply, LLC

Cahill represented the deal managers in connection with an exchange offer by Talen Energy Supply, LLC of its 4.60% senior notes due 2021 for newly issued 6.50% senior guaranteed notes due 2024. Talen Energy Supply is one of the largest independent power producers in the United States.
