Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers and Administrative Agent in Credit Facilities for Dimora Brands, Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with a new $255,000,000 first lien Term B loan facility, a new $50,000,000 first lien revolving loan facility and a new $50,000,000 second lien Term B loan facility for Dimora Brands, a provider of asset acquisition and management services for the leading brands in cabinet hardware, accessories, and related products. Proceeds from the facilities were used in connection with the refinancing of certain existing indebtedness and the payment of a dividend.
