Cahill represented HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and SG Americas Securities, LLC, as initial purchasers in connection with the offering of $285,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.000% Guaranteed Notes due 2022 by Harvest Operations Corp., a Canadian natural gas company, and unconditionally guaranteed by Korea National Oil Corporation. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
