Cahill represented Jefferies Finance LLC as Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger in connection with a $550,000,000 first lien term loan facility, a $25,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $125,000,000 second lien term loan facility for Flexera Software LLC, an American computer software company. Proceeds from the term loan facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
