Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $700 Million Notes Offering for Boyd Gaming Corporation

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2026 by Boyd Gaming Corporation, an American hospitality and gaming company. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
