Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.400% senior notes due 2023 by Aircastle Limited, a global company that acquires, leases, and sells commercial jet aircrafts to airlines throughout the world. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
