Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with a secondary offering of 5,251,249 common shares in Keane Group, Inc. (NYSE: FRAC) by Keane Investor Holdings LLC. The offering resulted in gross proceeds of approximately $56.5 million to Keane Investor Holdings LLC. Keane Group, Inc. did not sell any common stock in, and did not receive any proceeds from, the offering.
