Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $1,500,000,000 Term B credit facility for Impala Borrower LLC and VFH Parent LLC, subsidiaries of Virtu Financial, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness, general corporate purposes and for the acquisition of Investment Technology Group, Inc. by Virtu Financial, Inc.
