Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for MEDNAX, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to MEDNAX, Inc.’s existing revolving credit facility. MEDNAX, Inc. is a leading provider of physician services including newborn, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, radiology and teleradiology, pediatric cardiology and other pediatric subspecialty care. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
