Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2,000,000,000 three-year Term A credit facility, $2,000,000,000 five-year Term A credit facility, $2,000,000,000 seven-year Term A credit facility and $5,000,000,000 revolving credit facility, for Broadcom Inc., a designer, developer, manufacturer and global supplier of a broad range of semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions. Proceeds from the facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
