Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $525,000,000 Term B credit facility and €200,000,000 Term B credit facility for GlobalFoundries, Inc., a semiconductor foundry company headquartered in California. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
