Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with an amendment to extend the maturity of Pinnacle Operating Corporation’s existing $396,600,000 asset-based revolving credit facility. Pinnacle Operating Corporation is a producer and distributor of farm supplies, fertilizers, and agricultural chemicals.
