Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an amended and restated $225,000,000 revolving credit facility for Baldwin Risk Partners, LLC. Proceeds from the amended and restated credit facility are to be used to fund acquisitions by the borrower, refinance existing indebtedness, and for other general corporate purposes.
