Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes due 2028 by M/I Homes, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing of existing indebtedness, redemption of existing notes, and other general corporate purposes.
