Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an amendment to extend the maturity of BY Crown Parent, LLC’s existing $125,000,000 revolving credit facility and to add an additional $35,000,000 of commitments thereunder. BY Crown Parent, LLC is the direct parent company of Blue Yonder Group, Inc., a leading provider of supply chain management and retail solutions.
