Cahill represented the collateral agent in connection with a term loan credit facility for The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. Kenan Advantage Group is North America’s largest tank truck hauler and logistics provider. Proceeds from the term loan credit facility were used to fund an acquisition and for general corporate purposes.
