Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Multi-Currency Credit Facilities for LABL, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $632,000,000 term B credit facility and an amendment to the €500,000,000 term B credit facility for LABL, Inc., W/S Packaging Group, Inc. and Multi-Color Corporation. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
