Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.250% senior notes due 2029 by Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing existing indebtedness.
