Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of $4.125% senior secured notes due 2026 by International Game Technology PLC, a multinational gaming company. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and for the redemption of its 6.250% senior secured notes due 2022.
