Cahill Represents Lenders in €450 Million Credit Facilities for Infront Luxembourg Finance S.à r.l.

Cahill represented the lenders in connection with the €400,000,000 unitranche and €50,000,000 super-senior revolving credit facilities for Infront Luxembourg Finance S.à r.l.. Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance certain existing indebtedness of the Group and for working capital purposes.
