Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of €615,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 0.900% Senior Notes due 2033 by Nasdaq, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance certain of its existing notes. Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) is a global technology company serving the capital markets and other industries.
