Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a credit agreement amendment to provide a $1,451,375,000 Term A Dollar Credit Facility to IQVIA RDS Inc., a €317,093,117.06 Term A Euro Credit Facility to IQVIA RDS Inc., a $675,000,000 U.S. Revolving Credit Facility to IQVIA Inc. and IQVIA RDS Inc., a $225,000,000 Japanese Revolving Credit Facility to IQVIA Inc., IQVIA RDS Inc. and IQVIA Solutions Japan K.K. and a $600,000,000 Swiss/Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility to IQVIA Inc., IQVIA RDS Inc. and IQVIA AG. The loans and commitments under the aforementioned credit facilities were used to refinance existing credit facilities. IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
