Cahill Represents Underwriters in Secondary Offering of 22,00,000 Shares of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Holdings plc

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 25,300,000 ordinary shares of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Holdings plc, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Net proceeds of the offering were approximately $443 million, all of which the selling stockholder will receive. Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is an in vitro diagnostics company that makes products and diagnostic equipment for blood testing.
